Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. All items are shipped via priority mail. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
8.3" and 12" Prints are shipped flat in a cello sleeve and stiff cardboard envelope.
24" prints are shipped in a tube.
Framed prints come wrapped in bubble wrap inside boxes.
Shipping costs
TOTAL of shipping costs varies from 2 to 13 € ($3 to $17) depending of what is in your cart.
TOTAL OF THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOUR ORDER IF IT CONTAINS AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWINGS :

- Fine Art Card 2 € 3 € 4€ (~$6)
- Print 3 € 3.5 € 4 € (~$6)
- Cardboard Frame or Original artwork 6 € 8 € 10 € (~$14)
- Wooden Frame 9 € 11 € 13€ (~$19)
For example : If you order three cardboard frames + one 24"print + two 12"prints + one fine art notecard , total shipping costs for your order will be 6€ if you are in France (8€ for Europe, 10€ ($13) for the rest of the world)
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
